We were founded by Lina Vest and Anders Køhler
after a decade between us at larger Nordic agencies. We had grown tired of houses being sold like used cars — with floor-plan brochures, exclamation marks, and pressure. So we built something smaller and slower. A studio, really, that happens to also be licensed to sell.
Today we are eleven people across Copenhagen, Aarhus, Oslo, and a small Stockholm desk. We turn down more houses than we accept. The ones we accept, we represent like books we love.
What we believe.
Fewer, better houses
We will turn down a listing rather than dilute our index. A small portfolio means every house gets a real launch and a real campaign.
The relationship outlasts the sale
Most of our buyers come back to us years later — to sell, to look, or to ask about a neighbour’s house. We design every interaction with that in mind.
Discretion is a service
We do not photograph interiors for the open web without permission. We do not list addresses publicly. We do not invite the press to viewings.
